Turkey Mozzarella Pic-nic Loaf

1 loaf round sourdough or shepherds bread
Italian dressing, about 2 Tbsp.
Fresh Spinach leaves, about 2 cups
Mozarella Cheese, about 1/2 cup (divided)
Red Onion, sliced thin
Turkey breast, 3/4 to 1 lb., sliced deli-thin
Tomato, sliced thin
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced thin

Heat oven to 350 F

Cut off the top of the bread loaf and remove the center, leaving a 1/2 - inch cushion

Brush inside, including the bread-y part of the top, with dressing

Layer ingredients like so: Spinach, Cheese, onion, turkey, tomato, cucumber, more cheese*

Put the top back on and wrap in foil

Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Cool for 10 minutes; Cut loaf like a pie and serve.

*You may have to continue layering until the bread is full to the top.
